I have a resin wicker patio set where the bottom is coming unraveled and breaking, is there anywhere I can go to get this material and fix it

I purchased an outdoor resin wicker patio set and it is unravelling. It is just over 1 year old. I would like to know where to purchase binding to replace the cracking binding. I will not be able to use the furniture without repairing the binding. Please help. I spent a lot of money on this set and am very disappointed as the manufacturer will not honor the warranty saying it was only rusting and fabric that they cover.

Regular gloss white spray paint will work or is there a special one for wicker?

It's still winter, is there any place i can find some wicker furniture for the patio, i don't mind if it's used as long as it's in good conditions. I checked target, and walmart but i didn't find anything? Is there a site or a type of store that still have them? i live in CT byt the way

I have a white wicker indoor patio set that I'm thinking of spray painting dark brown. If anyone has done this before please tell me the brand of spray paint you used and the name of the shade. I'm trying to achieve a natural wood feel.
