What can I use a large wicker basket for?
It's a large picnic basket.
I'm thinking about using it for storage.

Sounds good to me
Picnics ?

Come on - you knew somone would :)
Magazines
Sewing/ Craft supplies
Make-up :)
A good way to hide your pet toys/ supplies.
Its breathable and would work great for storing potatoes or onions ect.
Luandry basket.
I use one for white socks
We use one as a fruit bowl. Kind of handy that way, because if we need the counter space for something (like unpacking groceries), just pick it up by the handle and set it on the floor for a while.
Depending on the shape, exact style, and color you could use it as a decorative towel holder for your bathroom. All you do is roll up those bath towels and neatly put them in. Worked for me and looks great.
towels in the bathroom. Looks cute when they're rolled up in the basket.
1. Store some magazines in it
2. Turn it into a planter
3. Use it for tricker treater candy in October
4. Take it on a picnic
5. Take the lid off and put some silk flowers into it
6. Store some CD's in it
7. Store scrap materials and sewing items in it
8. Turn it into a bed for a small pet
9. Use it for recycling cans
10. Put it on a bike
I have a large wicker basket like that.... I use it as a snack carrier.... I stuff it full of those half opened bags of chips and pretzels.

When I have friends over.... I simply grab the basket and take it to the living room. Helps keep all those 'half-bags' from getting lost in the back of the cupboard.
Fill it with wine, cheese and crackers, and summer sausage and give it as a gift
I have a basket on top of the fridge with Kleenex and paper towels in it.
Great way to have handy storage for toilet paper next to the toilet ...
Save it for an occasion, throw some dollar store items and a cute card in there, wrap it up with a lacy material and give it away.
OR if you want to keep it, then use it for mail, magazines, maybe decorate it and put it on a shelf.
I use baskets for everything... blankets, towels, linens... the options never end.
Roll up fluffy white bath towels and put them into the basket for extra storage in the bathroom.
